Gallery Exhibition Packages Overview
 

General Exhibition Info
 

• Standard Opening Hours:

  • Tuesday–Saturday: 11am–4pm

  • Sunday: 12pm–3pm

  • Maximum daily hours: 10am–5pm

• Optional Monday Opening: +£65 (applies to all packages)

• Duration: 11 days total (includes 1 setup day - setup is on Thursdays)
   

Exhibition Packages

Package 1 – Basic

• Fee: £995

• Includes:

  • 11-day gallery access (optional Monday)

• Total: £995

 

Package 2 – With Private View

• Fee: £995

• Private View: +£180 (includes staff, sales, clean-up - the Artist must purchase drinks)

• Total: £1,175 

 

Package 3 – With Private View + Invigilation

• Fee: £995

• Private View: +£180

• Invigilation:

  • 8 days (Tue–Sun, 11am-4pm excl. Mon): +£520

  • 9 days (incl. Mon 11am-4pm): +£585

• Total:

  • 8 days invigilation: £1695

  • 9 days invigilation: £1,760

Sales & Commission

• 20% commission on all sales for all packages

• Additional fee may apply if works are not for sale

 

 

Gallery Services (Included in the fee)

• Gallery hire & utilities

• Public liability insurance

• Security (camera, alarm, ICO compliance)

• Lighting maintenance

• Poster & PV invitation design for print and online (printing at artist's cost)

• Exhibition promotion: Gallery website, Gallery newsletter, Gallery social media

• Press release distribution (artist must supply release)

• PV invites to Gallery’s buyers & media contacts (optional)

 

 

Private View Notes

• Artist may bring own drinks (alcohol/soft)

• Drinks served by staff only in Packages 2 & 3

• Private event only – no general public

• Do not post PV details publicly (social media, poster, etc.)
