Exhibition Information & Pricing – Larger Group Shows
The Gallery offers three exhibition packages, providing different levels of services to suit various preferences.
Current fees are listed below; any changes resulting from increases in the Gallery’s operating costs will be communicated to artists and curators prior to signing the exhibition agreement. Once the contract is signed, the agreed fee is fixed and will not be subject to further adjustment.

Public liability insurance

Security, including cameras, alarms, and ICO compliance

Lighting maintenance

Optional: Poster and private view invitation design for print and online (printing and distribution at the artist’s cost)

A clean, freshly painted gallery, ready for setup on arrival

Exhibition Installation: Gallery staff will assist with hanging and positioning artworks professionally, in accordance with the Gallery’s display standards

Repair Costs After Exhibition: Any minor repairs or touch-ups required after the exhibition are included

Administrative Support: Sales documentation, calculations, and payout for up to 20 artists

Promotion & Marketing (Included in the Fee)
Exhibitions hosted by the Gallery receive promotion and outreach, providing the artist with direct exposure to the Gallery’s buyers, collectors, and a broader audience:

Online Presence: The exhibition will be prominently showcased on the Gallery’s website, across social media channels, and in the newsletter and mailing list, ensuring broad visibility

Collector & Buyer Exposure: Exhibitions are promoted to the Gallery’s network of collectors, art buyers, and subscribers, providing targeted exposure to potential purchasers

Press Coverage: Press releases are distributed to media contacts to generate editorial coverage and publicity (the Artist, Organiser, or Curator shall provide the press release content to the Gallery within the agreed timeframe to enable timely distribution)
These services aim to maximize the exposure of the exhibition, presenting the work to collectors, supporters, and a broader audience, and supporting the success of the show.​​
Exhibition Packages
Costs are calculated for a group show comprising 2D and 3D artists.
Package 1 – Basic
Exhibition Fee: £2,200
Includes:
11-day gallery access (optional Monday)
Wall and plinth repair and cleaning after the exhibition
Gallery staff to set up the exhibition with the artists
Total: £2,200
Package 2 – With Private View
Exhibition Fee: £2,200
Includes:
11-day gallery access (optional Monday)
Wall and plinth repair and cleaning after the exhibition
Gallery staff to set up the exhibition with the artists
Private View: +£180 (includes staff, sales, glasses, setup &clean-up; artist must provide drinks)
Total: £2,380
Package 3 – With Private View + Invigilation
Exhibition Fee: £2,200
Includes:
11-day gallery access (optional Monday)
Wall and plinth repair and cleaning after the exhibition
Gallery staff to set up the exhibition with the artists
Private View: +£180 (includes staff, sales, glasses, setup &clean-up; artist must provide drinks)
Invigilation Options:
8 days (Tue–Sun, 11am–4pm, excluding Mon): +£600 = Total: £2980
9 days (including Mon, 11am–4pm): +£675 = Total: £3,055
Sales & Commission
20% commission on all sales (applies to all packages)
